Ta je vhodn\u00e1 i v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy opakovan\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1me stejn\u00e9 chyby v partnersk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch, kdy si neseme z minulosti n\u011bjak\u00e9 b\u0159\u00edm\u011b, s n\u00edm\u017e nejsme schopni se sami vyrovnat.  N\u00edzk\u00e9 sebehodnocen\u00ed je tak\u00e9 d\u016fvod k podstoupen\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby formou terapie. V\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my jak\u00fdmi jsou bezesporu i z\u00e1vislosti, lze \u0159e\u0161it kombinac\u00ed terapie a vhodn\u00e9 medikace, kterou v\u0161ak nep\u0159edepisuj\u00ed psychologov\u00e9.
